Meet Debi.

Debi Wolfe is a strategic advisor and experienced operating executive who works with CEOs, boards and leadership teams navigating growth, change and complex organizational decisions.

Over more than three decades, Debi has served as a founder and CEO, Division President, C-suite executive and advisor across entrepreneurial, middle-market, public and global organizations. She has built and scaled businesses, led transformations, navigated acquisitions and divestitures, redesigned organizations and operating models, and built the leadership teams and capabilities needed to perform and grow.

That experience gives Debi a rare ability to see the whole organization, recognize connections others may miss and quickly get to the heart of what matters. She brings practical judgment to complex situations and translates insight into clear decisions, thoughtful design and results.

Service informed by experience.

Mission-driven organizations deserve the same rigor thinking around the decisions that shape their future.

I have worked alongside nonprofit CEOs, executive teams and boards to navigate complex decisions and build organizations and cultures that create lasting impact.

“Experience becomes more meaningful when it is put in service of something that matters.”

A commitment to leadership extends far beyond the workplace.

Changing a nation through education.

For more than 17 years, Debi and her husband have worked alongside and supported Malawian leaders to help start, build and strengthen Pothawira International.

Today, Pothawira supports 125 orphans, educates 475 primary school children, provides healthcare to 200–300 patients each day, creates economic opportunity in the surrounding community and is opening a secondary school for kids in the district in 2026.

Debi’s involvement has included strategic planning, leadership development, organizational capacity building and fundraising, including organizing a 13-cyclist ride across Malawi and helping develop a technology center.

“Leadership is not just about what we accomplish in our organizations, but about the lives we help change along the way.”

Imagine More.

Let’s talk about what is possible.

Whether you are navigating an important decision, a significant transition or simply know there is more potential in the organization, sometimes the right conversation can change what you see and what you do next.
