I have spent more than three decades building, leading and advising organizations as a founder and CEO, Division President, C-suite executive and strategic advisor across entrepreneurial, middle-market, national and global businesses.
I am known for asking the questions that get beneath the surface, uncovering root issues, challenging assumptions and connecting what may appear to be separate organizational challenges, in order to develop the right strategy. I help leaders see the whole, clarify the choices in front of them and anticipate what those decisions may set in motion.
